One platform, five Hong Kong licensing exams
Securities, insurance, real estate and MPF — authentic mock practice and bilingual explanations for every one.
HKSI LE
The Licensing Examination (LE) is the core qualifying examination for anyone seeking an SFC licence to carry on regulated activities in Hong Kong’s securities and futures industry. It is a series of papers covering regulatory knowledge and the practical side of each regulated activity — and you sit only the papers that match your role and activity type.
IIQE
The IIQE is the mandatory licensing examination every individual must pass before being licensed by the Insurance Authority to sell insurance in Hong Kong. A compulsory core paper plus optional line-of-business papers mean you only sit what your products require. Every paper is multiple-choice, bilingual and offered year-round.
EAQE
The EAQE is the single qualifying examination you must pass to apply for an estate agent’s licence (individual) in Hong Kong. It tests your knowledge of the legislation, regulations and practice governing estate agency work — the gateway to the higher estate agent’s licence.
SQE
The SQE is the entry examination for anyone who wants a salesperson’s licence and a front-line career in Hong Kong’s real estate trade. It tests practical knowledge of estate agency law, regulations and day-to-day practice, with a lighter syllabus than the EAQE.
MPF
The MPF Intermediaries Examination is the qualifying examination you must pass to register as an MPF intermediary in Hong Kong. It is a single paper of 80 MCQs covering the regulatory framework and operation of the MPF System. (An equivalent VTC-PEAK exam on the same syllabus also satisfies the requirement.)
