1. Acceptance

HKSI·IIQE FastPass (“考試快格迅”, the “Service”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is operated by Techiteasy Limited (技易有限公司), a company incorporated in Hong Kong (the “Company”). By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use and the Disclaimer below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service provided “as is”

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. All content, materials, goods and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, complete or error-free, nor that any defect will be corrected.

3. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties and representations of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of title, merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of third-party rights. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements.

4. Study aid only · no guarantee of results

The Service is an independent study aid for examination preparation. It is not a substitute for any official syllabus, study manual, professional training, or for legal, financial or compliance advice. We make no warranty as to the results obtained from using the Service and do not guarantee that you will pass any examination. Examination questions, formats, pass marks and syllabuses are set by the relevant examination bodies and may change without notice.

5. Subscription, billing & cancellation

The core features of the Service (free daily practice, including bilingual explanations) are provided free of charge. FastPass Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed on a monthly or yearly basis. It renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle through our third-party payment processor, Stripe, charging your payment method until you cancel. Prices are stated in Hong Kong dollars (HK$) and may change from time to time; any price change takes effect only from the next billing cycle after notice.

You may cancel FastPass Pro at any time from within your account; there is no lock-in and no minimum term. After you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for and does not renew thereafter. Except where required by applicable law or otherwise granted at the Company’s discretion, subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable and are not pro-rated for unused time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and any party involved in creating or providing the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss or damage (including without limitation loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data) arising out of or in connection with the Service or your inability to use it, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Where the Company’s liability cannot be wholly excluded by law, the Company’s total aggregate liability to you in respect of the relevant matter is limited to the amount (if any) you actually paid to the Company for the relevant goods or services.

7. Third-party content

The Service may include content submitted, posted or linked by users or other third parties. We do not necessarily review, monitor or endorse such content and are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from it. Unless stated otherwise, content on the Service does not represent the views or opinions of the Company.

8. Events beyond our control

The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation transmission errors or delays, network or hardware failure, the introduction or amendment of applicable laws, conventions or regulations, restrictions imposed by governments or relevant authorities, and fire, rainstorm, typhoon, lightning, earthquake, riot, war or other acts of nature.

9. No affiliation with examination bodies

HKSI·IIQE FastPass (考試快格迅) is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to the Insurance Authority (IA), the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA), VTC PEAK, the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI Institute), or any other regulator or examination body. All names, trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used on the Service for identification and reference only.

10. Intellectual property

Except for the third-party marks identified above, the Service and its original content are owned by the Company and protected by applicable laws. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial exam-preparation purposes only, and may not copy, resell or otherwise exploit it without the Company’s written consent.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page; your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
